Dedicated to sharing her testimony to inspire others, Lacey knows first-hand the Power of Redemption and Restoration. An authority in her niche, Lacey teaches women that faith can move mountains and marriages can be restored. Married to her college sweetheart, Lacey met her husband Louis their freshman year of college. By her senior year, she found out she was pregnant with their first son and shortly after graduation, her husband went to play for the San Diego Chargers. Five teams later, and another baby in tow, life in the NFL took a tremendous toll on the young couple. Like 80% of marriages within the league, many players are bankrupt, jobless or divorced within the first two years of retirement. Lacey & Louis were no exception. Between Lacey’s insecurities, his immaturity and the temptation that comes with being in the NFL, their arguments quickly turned into resentment and by 2012, Lacey filed for divorce. During this time, Lacey was a single mom of 2, finished up her MBA, started a career at one of the top 5 medical schools in the country and purchased her first home.

Six years later, with faith, self-development and growth, God did something that only he could. Not only did he repair & restore the couple’s friendship, but he healed every broken piece the enemy tried to steal from them. Today, the couple are happily remarried and share their story about redemption and restoration because they know that faith comes from hearing.

Lacey has been the Keynote speaker at: The Women of the NFL Conference, Blue Shield of California, one of the nation's largest women’s Prisons, CCWF (Central California’s Women’s Facility) as well as various churches, organizations and retreats across the United States.

Active in her organization, Lacey is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and is very passionate about serving in her community.

Lacey is also a member of Off the Field Player’s Wives Association, a network of active and retired NFL player’s wives whose mission is to perform and support philanthropic initiatives that enhance the quality of life for those in the community.

In 2020, Lacey was cast on Ellen’s Digital TV Series, "Momsplaining" with American actress, Kristen Bell and currently she is working on her first memoir.

A graduate from Fresno State, Lacey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication, has her MBA and Certification in Scripture Therapy Christian Counseling.
